Latest Answer: Beware of KVR holdings. We have bought one apartment in KVR lotus, Hulimavu. Till now we have not got A-Khata or occupancy certificate. Now builder asking 20 thousand to get A-Khata. Also builder deviates the original plan, in fact deviation was greater than 40 percent and now we cant get Occupancy certificate. Also he has not provided borewell pump. After construction he has taken back the pump also. We have invested around 75K for borewell pump. Also check the car parking slot in advance. I have got car parking slot, in whcih even alto cant fit.....
