Skylark Royaume is a good buy with respect to location as it is located in close proximity to IT corridor, schools and hospitals

What is the number of units, floors and blocks they are planning to construct? What is the total land area?

There will be a total of 729 units and 6 blocks. It is a 2B+G+14 floors structure. The project is spread over 7.5 acres of land and the project will have 80% open space.

What type of configuration the project is offering and how much is the rate per sqft going on in the same?

Skylark Royaume offers 1,2 and 3 bhk apartments with area ranging from 615 sqft to 1533 sqft. Current the rate per sqft going on is Rs 4050. They were quoting Rs 3999 as a pre lauynch offer for first 25 bookings. The price of apartments in this project ranges from rs 25 lakhs and goes upto Rs 52 lakhs.

As per my knowledge the project was launched in November 2015 and they are planning to completed the project by end of 2019.
