NCN Platina apartment project by NCN Developers

Q: I am thinking of going for a 2bhk apartment in this project. I want to know what is the size they are offering and when they are planning to complete the project. What is the current rate per sqft going on?

The builder is very professional and explains very well on the practicality of the materials used, futuristic plans & due intimations. The flat is shaping up very well. The area 'Varthur' is one of the fast-developing area as we can see multi storey projects like Prestige, Sobha everyone constructs throughout Varthur - Kadubeesanahalli main road. Now as the Peripheral Ring Road is also sanctioned by the government, the commuting across city and outside city are going to be efficient.

They are good developers and feel buy a property here will be fruitful because a) they have completed 8 projects in 4 years, b) excellent design and c) Contraction with ISO products.

Yeah they are giving some special scheme that if you book a property by 5th June, you will get a discount of Rs 2.5 lakhs.

Varthur area has seen some considerable developments over the past few years. What is the reason?

There residential front in Varthur is comprised of mostly villas and apartments. The housing projects that are being developed are undertaken by reputed builders and are mostly apartments. How much amount do we have to pay to freeze an apartment? What is the total land area and how many units will be there?

As told to me you have to pay 20% of the total cost and 80% you can go for home loan. The project is spread over 1.5 acres of land and there will be 52 units with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk apartments. It is a G+3 floors structure.

In NCN Platina, the built up area for a 2 bhk ranges from 1115 sqft to 1129 sqft. The project is under construction and the expected possession is by end of 2016. Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 3000.

Has the project got approval from BBMP ? Is the property A Khata and will the project have CC and OC? Which all banks are providing bank loan for the same?

Yes the project has got approval from BBMP and it is A Khata property. The builder is going to provide CC and Oc they are going to get after the construction is over. You can avail home loan from banks like HDFC, LIC, Axis, SBI, ICICI and Indiabulls.
