Yes, all the necessary approvals are in place and project is approved by Noida Authority. Currently, piling work has been finished and rafting work is started. It seems to me that they will deliver the project before schedule time.

It's true they are offering 2 elevators for each floor and will open exactly in front of the flats. Under Construction link plan, price will be Rs.7700/sq-ft all inclusive and under Subvention Payment plan, price will be Rs. 7700+1500/sq-ft.
Apart from that, ICICI & HDFC will only offer loan for Subvention Payment Plan and rest of the bank such as LIC Housing Finance, PNB, Axis etc will offer loan for Construction Link Plan.
Hi Sunil, There are two sizes available in 3BHK (2700/2850) sq-ft. A 2BHK in 2700 sq-ft will come approx Rs.2.07 cr and in 2850 sq-ft will be Rs.2.19 cr. The rate per square feet is Rs.7700.
