Latest Answer: Hi Sekhar, Strongly suggest not to consider Kalpataru as they are also like other north India builders. They had committed the revised GST rate to existing customer and later on refused to reduce GST and charging 12%. Also their project is already started getting delayed. They were suppose to construct sample flat in May, which is already postponed till deewali. In summary, my advise is not to get stuck in under construction project irrespective of whoever the builder is.
