Q: The owner is mischieving people. The builder and owner made a deal earlier, I gave the advance booking and after 15 days they say they are getting higher prices so will not give you. Don't go with these cheaters. They will delay and will not properly document it. Hell.
Hi Enquired recently for my son to purchase got response as apartment will not get OC certificate and building has lot of deviations from the approved plan construction quality is not up to the mark top floor has leakage etc dont book without proof of OC certificate even they offer at lower price dont regret later lot of new rules may come in future to demolish illegal constructions that doesnt have OC occupancy certificate i know bangalore has lot of apartments without OC certificate. but OC may not be important now in future after 25 years without OC you may not get buyers if you want to sell your apartment unit Take a future perspective decision
Please never purchase a flat from landowners.... This is very true that they treat customers very cheap as if they dont have any option in Bangalore..and play mind games places two customers side by side and make the environment bargaining or a kind of tender ....and people who are ready to pay bulk amounts / more amount of cash gets more priority that the others.
Vishnu - I should have heeded to your inputs, I did not know that I will be tricked, the landowner quoted Rs.100/- per sqft lower than the builder and I was almost about to book a flat, only to be told that I have to cough up extra money. When I tried to discuss with the builder, he just dismissed the conversation and acted pricey as if he is the ultimate authority amongst builders, as if am at his mercy and that I cannot buy a property from anyother builder in bangalore.. Really??! I mean who is the customer here? It's very sad that Builders are treating us like dogs after them for property.
I'm not the person to say anything... But I live nearby and observed the flats for a month, I booked one and gave advance money. After 15 days Builder/Owner returned money saying they can not sell and demanded more, I refused to pay and got my advanced returned.
The project is spread over 1 acre and 4.5 guntas. The price of apartments in this project ranges from Rs 67 lakhs to Rs 89 lakhs approximately. The project is known to be approved by BBMP and all the major banks. I think I should personally go and check the site before buying. Thanks Vishnu..
Earlier it was supposed to complete in Dec'15. Then they said to complete 2 floors by Jan'16 others by March'16... but after seeing condition of work, it looks to complete after June-Aug. although I'm not buying. Thank God I was saved. so you can verify yourself more.
Hi Vishnu, Any idea when is the project expected to get completed, because If I am not wrong then the project was expected to get completed by April 2015.
