Q:I could see many Cracks in few of the flats that were to get completed by the plaster and the water leakages is few of the flats probably is a bad construction despite the fittings being very good. Common Sewage near the swimming pool probably might make the amenities useless..Overall a good project with an arrogant builder.
Latest Answer: Hi Enquired recently for my son to purchase got response as apartment will not get OC certificate and building has lot of deviations from the approved plan construction quality is not up to the mark top floor has leakage etc dont book without proof of OC certificate even they offer at lower price dont regret later lot of new rules may come in future to demolish illegal constructions that doesnt have OC occupancy certificate i know bangalore has lot of apartments without OC certificate. but OC may not be important now in future after 25 years without OC you may not get buyers if you want to sell your apartment unit Take a future perspective decision

Stay away from Alpine Eco... the ownership of land itself is in question.. It was a land of some reddy brothers inherited from forefathers. .. but the inheritance itself has a legal issues now as their are more parties showing up ownership. The builder had just done agreement with the land owners to build apartment on partnership basis ...... contact some property agents in that area every one will tell you the story...
