The realty market of Devanahalli will see price appreciation in the near future because of the rapidly increasing demand for housing in this locality, thanks to the never-ending IT boom in the city. The many developed and proposed projects in the locality are making Devanahalli the self-sustaining community that it will eventually become.

I agree that the price of the plots in this project are on higher side but they are A grade builders
