My friend bought an apartment in one of their project and he had a very good experience with the builder. The project was delivered on time and they are known for it :) :) From day one, Ahad builders are into mid- segment which ranges from Rs 50 lacs to Rs 1 crore.
Every builders have some pros and cons, so do they. I really don't want to comment on the construction quality because recently I have visited Ahad Euphoria and it looks like they are using good quality product :D :D
Hey Bijoy and Himanshu, How is the reputation of the builder and I heard that the project is loaded with amenites, what kind of amenities they are offering?
The project will have amenities like cascading stream, theme park, pool deck, swimming deck, gazebo with water pool, barbecue center, meeting hall, cafeteria, squash, outdoor dinning and much more.
Actually there are mixed reviews about the builder over the internet, so it very tough to decide on how is the reputation of the builder.
Ahad Euphoria is an ongoing project and it is expected to get completed by third quarter of 2017. The project is close to Wipro corporate office and some of the best international schools in town. The project is going to offer 1,2, 3 and 4 bedrooms apartment with size ranging from 521 sqft to 1863 sqft.
The total development size is 8 acres and there will be a total of 685 units. As far as I know the project has got approval from Bangalore Development Authority and all the leading banks such as SBI, Axis, HDFC, ICICI, IDBI etc.
Recently I have enquired about the project and it seems Euphoria will have only 22% of actual building area and 78% of open area which includes walking area, parks, swimming pool, health club, meeting rooms, mini theater etc. The club house is spread over 40,000 sqft of vast area. There are 12 wings of 16 floors and 2 blocks.
