Any project which doesn't have OC is equivalent to bKhata. Thanisandra is a.booming locality whereas most of the projects there doesnt have OC which is mandatory. Without which you are at legal risk.
I agree with u... In Bangalore, it is mandatory for every residential complex – which has more than five units, to obtain the Occupancy Certificate. If there is no OC, the Palike can also initiate action against the flat owners, as the law says no person can move into a building without the OC.
Thanisandra Main Road is an elongated stretch of road running between Nagavara and Mittaganahalli, and forming a part of State Highway-104 (SH-104). The road treads along the rapidly developing industrial suburb of Thanisandra, making it a very important and bustling area of the neighbourhood.
The project offers all kind of modern amenities such as swimming pool, car parking, kid's play area, multi-purpose hall and much more.
Location advantages: 9 km from Hebbal Junction. 3.5 km Manyata Embassy Business Park. 4 km Yelahanka Railway Station. 2 km Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra School 8.5 km Columbia Asia Hospital 6 km MSR Regalia Mall 1 km KNSIT College and 1 km Karnataka College
Hey Anmol, Are you planning to buy a property in this project? The area of apartments in this project ranges from 1161 sqft to 1620 sqft. The project is under construction and the estimated possession is by March 2017.
How far is the project from Manyata Tech Park, educational institutions and hospitals? Which all banks are providing home loan for the same? How much is the rate per sqft going on?
It is just 5 mins drive away from Manyata Tech Park and close to Thirumenahalli lake which is developed by BBMP as a park. The project is nearby to major educational institutions, IT parks, hospitals.
As far as I know the project has got approval from banks like HDFC, SBI, Axis, PNB and LIC. But Rameswari, any idea if the project has got approval from BBMp and whether it is A Khata property.
