There are two reasons why you can go for Greenfield City, 1) either you want to play short term then enter at arond 3500/sq-ft and exit at minimum 5500/sq-ft. in 2-3 yrs or, if you have no doubts about living in Behala and you want a safe investment.

Otherwise you should look at New Town/Rajarhat and Ballygunge. This area is bound to witness significant infrastructure growth and if Ou CM manages to get business investments, this is where most offices would come up, that would assure you stable rentals in coming days.

When i inquired about this project, i came to know that Axis, LIC HFL, HDFC, Indiabulls Home loans are offering loan for this project and the date of possession will be December'2016. And the quality of construction is very decent and for the price, is very appealing.
