I want to Buy 3BHK classic flat. In case of transfer of nomination does 40000 income criteria hold for unregistered flat

Latest Answer: for initial allotment of classic flats, they put a income criteria of max 40000/ month. so if i buy any unregistered flat, should i also hold this income criteria. As without registry flat is still with the builder. if i buy such flat then only transfer agreement would be made between buyer seller and builder
