Dheeraj Equest, Juhu Tara Road is a G+10 storeys apartment consists 16 flats and 3 villas. Booking amount will be 10% of the total flats cost and if you are paying 90% at the time of booking as the project is almost completed, then the price per square feet will be negotiated.

All the statutory approvals are in place and banks and financial institutions like Axis, DHFL, HDFC etc. are funding this project.
