Dont invest your hard mony to JADE reside..
Q: Dear Friends,
I will not never ever recommend you to buy flat in Jadferde residency wagholi. They are big fraud ..They will never ever give the flat how much they offered during the booking time. they will keep increase the prize and they will made delayed and they will offer may thing blah blah blah but never ever they will respond via mail.
at last they will deny everything ..Big fraud .....

Q: Does any one have idea about the current status of dheeraj jade residences wagholi? No update in their official website since Nov 2015.....website not working at all.....what's going on? Any one knows about when will they give possession of flats?

Latest Answer: Hi, I have booked a flat in 2011 in same building, Jade residencies, till today, i.e. 25th September 2017, there is no concrete answer about the possession or any reply for the delay. It was my biggest mistake to book a flat with such fraud builder. I have no option but to wait on their mercy for getting my flat after paying the entire amount in 2016. These people are nicely using the money of 300 flat owners since 6 years now!
