Any idea if the builder is going to provide OC and is it A Khata property? Has the project got approval from BBMP? How much time will it take for the completion?
According to the sales person they are going to give Occupancy Certificate and the property is A Khata. The project has got approval from Bangalore Development Authority. The project is expected to be completed by end of 2018.

Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 6490 and a 2 bhk will cost you around Rs 97 lakhs excluding registrations, tax and stamp duty. The sales person told that all major banks are providing home loan for this project.
