I have booked my Flat on Patel Neotown and 10% amount given.Should I continue or quit in this project. Plz suggest.

Court found that it is a clear cognizable and non-bailable criminal Offence punishable under section 420 read with s.406 / s.120B / s.465 / s.34 IPC is made out against the beneficiaries of M/s Patel Realty India Limited, their agents, brokers and their marketing staff for conspiracy ,cheating, fraud and criminal breach of trust with common intention by inducing the investors/ common man to invests their hard earned money/ life time savings / retiral benefits in their project without actual ownership, possession, mandatory government approvals and project sanction from GNIDA and other statutory authorities.

Hi karishma,
No construction at Patel NeoTown site since year 2010 clearly show the intenstion of the builder. Investigation is required to determine where the funds collected for Neotown Greater Noida project have been routed to.

They sold the flat in Neotown in between April-2010 to Feb-2011: Without ownership and possession of land. Without project sanction. Without mandatory statutory approvals from Central and Local Government bodies. Not disclosing the investors the about the pending litigation to the before selling the flat and thereafter.
