Latest Answer: Court found that it is a clear cognizable and non-bailable criminal Offence punishable under section 420 read with s.406 / s.120B / s.465 / s.34 IPC is made out against the beneficiaries of M/s Patel Realty India Limited, their agents, brokers and their marketing staff for conspiracy ,cheating, fraud and criminal breach of trust with common intention by inducing the investors/ common man to invests their hard earned money/ life time savings / retiral benefits in their project without actual ownership, possession, mandatory government approvals and project sanction from GNIDA and other statutory authorities.
