Yeah I agree the area is in developing stage but you can expect good rental because of Manyata Tech Park.... People are looking for rented homes like crazy.
I own a 2 BHK in Terraza. The price range starts at Rs. 1.13 Cr. The area differs between different units ranging from 1620 – 2516 sq.ft. I heard the 2 BHK are sold out so 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK must be available. It is a very nice property in a good location. The progress is in a steady pace and I do visit the site periodically.
