Hi Mangesh, Venkatesh Construction is developing the project called ''Paradise'' in Pisoli, Pune. For amenities check your brochure or the registration copy. Whatever amenities they have discussed on the paper, they are bound to give you otherwise, they will have to pay the huge penalties for that.
Keshav is right Mangesh. Builder can not change or lesser the said amenities as per the brochure or agreement paper.
As far as locality is concerned, Undri is located within close proximity to Hadapsar, IT Park in Phursungi and the well-developed residential areas of NIBM Annexe, MG Road, Wanowrie, , Lulla Nagar, Bibvewadi, Fatima Nagar, Katraj- Bypass and Road. This area is mostly dominated by IT professionals.
At the same time, Undiri has excellent connectivity to the rest of the Pune City. It is situated within close proximity to the Mumbai-Pune bypass and is about 7-kms from NH-9. Katraj - Hadapsar bypass road and Road connect Undri with Hadapsar, the eastern IT hub of Pune. NIBM Road that links with Pervati Road connects this locality to the Cantonment area. This area also enjoys good connectivity to Railway Station which is about 8 kilometres away and Airport, which is about 12 kilometres away. As far as public transport is concerned, Undri is served by PMPML buses and shared autos that regularly run on this route.
Hi Mangesh, I am sure that you will get your possession on time i.i. December 2016. There is a clause for possession date for the builder. If builder is unable to give you the possession on the said period, you have right to make complain against the builder in consumer court for delay possession and deficiency in service.
