Even i am facing loan approval issue.
dose anybody got approval for loan for this site?

Godrej is far from quality company. They have swallowed 60 lacs of my life savings and am still going round in their call centers. None of the mangers come on line. Neither Ferozeshah or Adi Godrej have the courtesy to put their contact info. Very disappointed. Watch it. Get a lawyer on your side before you start.

As Godrej Properties is a very reputed developer and their on time delivery is superb. So, i have decided to book a 2BHK flat in it. But seeing the current market, i would like to wait for some time and will do all my due diligence of this project. Can you tell me how is the project locality of Godrej Infinity and its connectivity to the rest of Pune City?

Godrej Infinity is strategically located and offers connectivity to the Pune Airport, Pune Railway Station, Nagar Road, Solapur Highway (NH-9), IT hubs and the city centre. The newly sanctioned bridge on Mula-Mutha river will soon connect Keshvnagar to Kharadi. It is also in close proximity to major urban areas like Koregaon Park and Kalyani Nagar.

Thanks for the information. I heard that Godrej Infinity is a joint development project of Godrej Properties in partnership with Oxford Group and Ekta World. How much per square feet they are quoting for this project? Any idea.

Yes, Godrej Infinity is a joint venture project with Oxford Group and Ekta World. They have quoted base price of Rs.5750-5850/sq-ft.

Have they declared about its possession date? What will be the approximate price of 1/2/3BHK respectively? Which all basic amenities are provided by the developer ?

Well, as per the developer, project's possession date will be end of 2019. The approximate total cost of 1/2/3 BHK apartments would be Rs 45 lakh, Rs 70 lakh and Rs 90 lakh respectively.

The township will be provided with the best-in-class services, including a sports academy, concierge and spa. Along with top-of-the-line specifications, apartments in all three towers will come fitted with air conditioners, a modular kitchen and a home automation system.

Yes, the company has launched 3-towers in Infinity. ''Signnature'' is one of them. It offers 3BHK apartments with carpet areas ranging from 1028-1397 sq-ft. The phase-1 will comprises of 1200 residential units at its township spread across a 43-acres campus, with a total saleable area of approximately 3.2 million sq-ft. It is a G+28 storey apartments.
