Looking for anyone who has bought apartment in Canduer Carlisle like final price, quality construction.Are these reliable builders? Candeur Carlisle is located opposite to Phoenix Mall and next to HP office. The project offers 2 and 3 bhk residential apartments with size ranging from 1135 sqft to 1515 sqft.

What is the pre launch rate per sqft going on and what is the present status of the project? Is it a A Khata property and has the project got approval from BBMP?

The current rate per sqft going on is Rs 5110 per sqft and the project is under construction. The expected possession is by end of 2018. The project has got approval from BBMP and the builder is going to provide OC, CC and A Khata.

Hi Gajendra, I think they have increased the rate per sqft because they are quoting as Rs 5112 per sqft as pre launch price
