Which all banks are providing home loan for this project and is it a DC converted land? When is the land development expected to get completed?

It is a DC Converted land and the project has got approval from DTCP & all the leading banks. The project is expected to be ready by October 2016.

What is the price quoted bu the builder and what is the total land development area? What all facilities will be available here?

The rate per sqft quoted by the builder is Rs 1199. It is a gated community and Phase I will be spread over 6 acres 30 guntas of land & it is extended upto 25 acres for Phase II.

Amenities that will be provided here are as follows: Club house with steam, sona, Jacuzzi, yoga/meditation and aerobics room along with swimming pool, gym, indoor mini theater, billiards, table tennis, Amphitheater.
