How much will be the price of an apartment in this project and how much will be the built up area?

Sowmya Sankalp offers 2 & 3 bhk units with built up area ranging from 1170 sqft to 1435 sqft. The price of apartments here ranges from Rs 45.95 lakhs to Rs 52.62 lakhs approximately.

Is the project offering Cauvery Water connection and are they providing rain water harvesting, I heard that it is mandatory?

There is provision of Cauvery water connection and yes rain water harvesting is available as far as I know. But it is better if you can check with the builder regarding the same.

As far as I know the project has got approval from BBMP and you can avail home loan from banks like Axis, LIC Housing Finance, State Bank of India and State Bank of Mysore.
