Q: I booked a flat in KG signature city Phase2 in year 2015, which is still under construction. KG offered us high rates. However, now they are coming up with special offers to new buyers. Can we now avail such discounts from KG?

I am the resident of KG signature city in Phase I. KG gives attractive offers and also the prices are being reduced.. They don't provide car park for new buyers. I think, now the prevailing price per sq ft is Rs.3999/-.

Hi varsha, As you said that the offering is for new buyers I do not think that people who have already booked can avail it. But you can try talking to the builder if he is ready to give you any kind of discount. Between what is the special offer they are giving to the buyers.
