Is Vaswani Claremont and Vaswani Menlo Park the same project? They changed the name they re-launched it again. Is it so???

Yes they have re-launched the project and changed the name to Vaswani Menlo Park. but what is the reason behind.

There is no street lights, area is dusty and I heard that there are some legal issues for which they have changed the name and re launched it. Please check and invest.

As per my knowledge, the project is expected to get completed by 2019 and the project has got approval from BBMP & major banks.

I have read some where that, the case on this road is pending in supreme court and high tension wire is also there inside the boundary wall of this project. Please visit the site Kanishka before taking any final decision.

The project offers 2 and 3 bhk units and it looks good for investment purpose in this price but there are chances that in future the property prices may go down because of the disputed road.
