i am going to buy 2.5BHK for 1.6cr

Q: is the price fine or can i get it reduced further, and is it a good option to buy a apartment here.

Hello Ravi and Gangasagar!!!
In terms of layout of rooms, I found Whispering Towers better than Nirmal ( they both offer similar carpet area for 2 BHKs). However, I am not sure about the construction of HDIL because of their previous reputation, financial losses and legal issues. HDIL has also started phase-2 now at Whispering Towers. Nirmal also has a history of delayed projects and it has now launched One Mumbai next to T-Z-A.

I can only suggest you that you should visit the project site and see the construction status and check all the legal approvals of this project, check the location and the civic amenities nearby, connectivity and the transport facilities in the locality and then proceed.

I will say yes. The rates have shot up in Nahur West. The only visible construction on a central location that one can see is Nirmal Turquoise, Zircon, Amethyst along with HDIL's Whispering Tower and Magestic Towers. Still, a lot of work needs to be done. Both claim to give possession between December 2016 and mid 2017. I am confused between these two.
