This P51800007283 rera number gives details of project from Kurla and not from Nahur. You better give me the correct Rera number.

Yes, you can invest in HDIL Majestic Tower. It is a RERA approved project and its RERA Registration No is P51800007283. This project is under construction and possession by June 2010.

As per the developer, possession of HDIL Majestic Tower was June'2017 but owners of this project did not get their flat possession on time. Do you think possession will happen by June 2020? I do not believe in their words. The project is already delayed by 3.5 yrs. Hoping, construction quality will be good.
