But he was not ready to disclose the price and payment plan before booking. Is there anybody who can give me an idea of the payment plan and the rate per square foot?
Good morning Ajit!!! They offers two types of payment plan options- 1) The group offers two payment plans to choose from. Under the first payment plan the land cost is 1200/sq-ft and construction cost is 1800/sq-ft. Total land cost shall be paid within 45 days of booking. The remaining amount is loanable from any nationalised bank and shall be paid under construction link plan (CLP).
Under Plan-2:- The land is 1350/sq-ft and the construction cost is same as to Rs.1800/sq-ft. The land cost shall be paid in 3 easy installments. 450/sq-ft. at the time of booking, 450/sq-ft. within 45 days of booking and 450/sq-ft will be paid at the time of Land Transfer Certificate. The remaining amount is loanable and will have to paid under construction link plan.
