I have no idea where this L Zone falls but I'm aware of this builder and their construction quality is okay if not very good.
And secondly, this project can not be just 2kms away from Sec-21 Metro Station. They are fooling people to sell their project fast to make cash. They are increasing the price on paper just to attract buyers giving reason, locality price is increasing. If you have good bargaining power then they can give you Rs.4600/sq-ft rate.
