I have seen that many people are looking for Revanta Heights project in L-Zone, Delhi. It has been mentioned multiple times. I myself has mentioned it at least 3 times that Please do not invest in any project under land pooling scheme as of now. There are many steps that are pending. 1) Delhi Govt is yet to declare the villages as urban village. It may take 1 month to 3 yrs. 2) DDA to invite Land for land pooling and give the land back 2-3 yrs., 3) Only post this construction can start. We are still at least 5 yrs. away from the start of construction. DDA has given so many notices in papers also for this
