How many plots will be there in this project and It is a DTCP approved project? What is the total land development area?

The project is spread over 33.07 acres with a total of 532 plots. Yeah the project has got approval from DTCP.

Rs 1 lakh is the booking amount and At the time of sale agreement: 30% ( including booking amount)
At the time of registrations: 70%
Registrations and Taxes at actuals
Corner flats will cost you 10% extra

Amenities offered in this project are as follows: Lounge & coffee shop, Party hall, Cards room, Squash, Lounge cum library, Badminton, Table Tennis & Billiards, Conference hall, Health club with Sauna, Steam & Spa, Gymnasium, Swimming pool and much more.

Ashish Inchara City offers plots with size ranging from 1200, 1500, 2400 and odd sizes. The price of the plots falls in the price bracket from Rs 2.99 lakhs to Rs 54.03 lakhs approximately.

How much is the rate per sqft going on? I heard that the project will have commercial plots, any idea?

The rate per sqft ranges from Rs 300 to Rs 375. Yeah even I heard that the builder is going to offer commercial plots as well.
