Solar not working

Q: All the owners, tenant are promised solar heated water from 5 a.m - 10 a.m, but solar is not functioning for almost all buildings . To add to this maintenance folks seem to be in denial and do not have a clue. Beware all owners, tenants and either have the builder resolve this. They can't be selling a 1 cr+ house and don't know how to fix small issues.

Hi,
Check your agreement first before taking any legal action. Is there any clause mentioned for society maintenance charges and are you paying your society maintenance charges on time. Send mail to all society members as well as the head of the society mentioning the issue of solar water. If you are not getting any positive response then consult a legal expert in ur case and do accordingly.

Hi,
Write a mail to all the owners of the society well as the secretory of the society and ask them to raise the issue in a society meeting. If the society is not ready to take action against the said problem, you are free to take the legal action along with the hard copy of the mail. Thanks
