I liked the project because of its location, openness, amenities and proximity to main city central. I do not think other areas of Pune gets this much in this budget. So, you can go for Vascon Forest County.

Earlier there was water issue in the society but now it has been resolved as there are two borewel has been fixed last year. Now residents have no issue with the current situation of the society. They are living happily there.

Q:All the owners, tenant are promised solar heated water from 5 a.m - 10 a.m, but solar is not functioning for almost all buildings . To add to this maintenance folks seem to be in denial and do not have a clue. Beware all owners, tenants and either have the builder resolve this. They can't be selling a 1 cr+ house and don't know how to fix small issues.

Check your agreement first before taking any legal action. Is there any clause mentioned for society maintenance charges and are you paying your society maintenance charges on time. Send mail to all society members as well as the head of the society mentioning the issue of solar water. If you are not getting any positive response then consult a legal expert in ur case and do accordingly.
Q:I am a current resident of Forest County. There is very poor mobile connectivity in the flats and the 3G plans are provided by handful Internet Service Providers who charge a bomb. Builders, please look into this.
Latest Answer: @ Sunita, the connectivity issue is that of the mobile service providers and not the builder's. The mobile operators need to install more towers to reduce the problems of connectivity and for that to happen, people residing in societies need to permit them to install one. There are a lot of perceptions that the radiations emitted by the towers are hazardous to life. So the problem.
