Water connection in Forest County

Q: I am considering Forest County to rent a flat but want to ask first those residents who have been living there for quite some time already (more that one year). Have you ever experienced water problems (both in the apartment or area maintenance)?

Hi,
I understand your point Alexander. But is not majority of Pune areas are still under tanker water reach only. I liked the project because of its location, openness, amenities and proximity to main city central. I do not think other areas of Pune gets this much in this budget. So, you can go for Vascon Forest County.

Hi Alexander,
Earlier there was water issue but builder have carried out ground water availability survey and constructed a boreholes for water supply. Later they find two spots and fixed borewel there. Four months back i visited the place and its surrounding areas. I have seen no of shops around the place have increased. Price is really high for this project. Anything above Rs.60 L for 2 BHK in Pune is ridiculously expensive.
