I was also looking around in google for information on sowparnika sanvi phase 2 near hopefarm signal Vijay nagar. Found that it is in Hagadur ward and survey number 13 (found in Zippserv). There is a natural water line passing through the project (both phase 1 and phase 2) I am trying to find out the difference between natural water line and storm water drain. But not getting any clear picture about it.

The project has got approval from BBMP and all the leading banks. Moreover the sales person told me the builder is going to provide A Khata and OC too for the same. I do not think there is any issue.
