please dont event think of going with this builder. one of the worst services. no commitment on anything except taking your money, actually looting it. few main issues 1 asking additional amount anytime for anything, you can not do anything have to pay it otherwise your work will not be done 2 poor construction quality like. having seewage pipe of top floor passed from the floor down it. if bymistake there is leakage in that pipe. whosoever living in the down floor his bathroom will have all shit. there are many such flaws. 3 No separate STP 4) no OC they dont even know if they get it.

As I was also looking around in google for information on sowparnika sanvi phase 2 near hopefarm signal Vijay nagar. Found that it is in Hagadur ward and survey number 13 (found in Zippserv). There is a natural water line passing through the project (both phase 1 and phase 2) I am trying to find out the difference between natural water line and storm water drain. But not getting any clear picture about it.
