I am not sure but I heard that if you are booking an apartment at Sanvi II, the builder is going to pay current rent till possession of your new home and secondly No Pre EMI till possession
Daksh u wont get A Katha for flats right now, it happens later. Land is clear. Check with a good lawyer for proper clarifications for the concerns you have. I am an owner
Dear Daksh, 1. You will get A Katha only after the registration , till then the builder owns the land and is in his name. Once Reg is done you will get the individual Katha. :). 2. Possession will be around mid of 2017.
oh okay but the project will get completed by 2017 thats a quite long time. I cannot wait for so long. anyways thanks for providing me the information.
The project looks good in internet. But it would be helpful if you being one of the residents can reply. It is bbmp approved. Did builder provide A khata to the owners? As, I was also looking around in google for information on sowparnika sanvi phase 2 near hopefarm signal Vijay nagar. Found that it is in Hagadur ward and survey number 13 (found in Zippserv). There is a natural water line passing through the project (both phase 1 and phase 2) I am trying to find out the difference between natural water line and storm water drain. But not getting any clear picture about it.
The estimated possession date of the project is by another 24 months. The present price per sqft is Rs 3500 and the price of the apartment starts from Rs 43.53 lakhs. For blocking an apartment you have to pay Rs 1 lakh
Project will be completed by Mar-May 2017, price as per my understanding is negotiable. If u are looking for 2 BHK , go with 1140 Sqft , amenities facing 2BHK. its a good one with all vasthu compliant. I have taken it in 2nd floor.
A Khata is for land. The project offers 2 and 3 bhk units with size ranging from 1082 sqft to 1523 sqft. Yes all the apartments are designed as per traditional vaastu norms.
