We visited to the office and still they r saying the same reason no iod received and when asking when it will start they said iod might come in Dec 2017 but no guarantee
I booked the flat in Bhagtani Riyo in 2013. I have given my hard earned money of around 11 Lakh to Bhagtani builder as 30% of downpayment. But even after 4 years of booking nothing happened. It was agreed that if they do not obtain the requisite clearances for the land title and/ or intimation of the disapproval from the period of 12 (Twelve) months from the date hereof, plus a grace period of 6 months, then in such event, then they will refund the amount till paid by me together with interest thereon calculated at the rate pf 15% p.a. from the date of payment. Even after 4 year they issued cheque but two time their cheque bounce. Now i have only way to sue them in court
Jaycee homes has started a project 'BHAGTANI SAPPHIRE" at Dahisar(East) in 2012. The project has not started even after completing 4 years. Many people who have booked flats have applied for refund. The builder has issued post dated piece meal cheques. Refund is spread over 10 months. My first cheque for Rs 258250/- was passed. The next cheque has bounced with reason" payment stopped by account holder". Public BE AWARE and not deal with this group.
Hi all, I had a word with Jaycee representative. They said that they have applied for IOD and have got the survey approval as of now and site inspection is pending which will happen in a month time then a detailed DP will be created and the overall time for IOD post DP plan will be in 8 months so expected IOD will be issued in April next year.
HI Saran and Shubham!!! If it is like that then need to check if this is a land allocated for dumping and/or part of mangroves belt. Also understand that the land adjacent to JVLR and highway is allotted for Metro Car shed... any inputs in it?
Hi Anirudh!! On 1st March, 2016, High Court issued a order of ban on new constructions in Mumbai until BMC takes a strong step on dumping ground issues. Till then, no IOD and Completion Certificate should be issued to new constructions. Reading this news, i inquired about the Savannah progress now they are saying tha construction work will start on June, 2017.
Hi, I have been following the project for over a year and it is exactly in the same condition as it was then. I was doubtful about the land not being available for construction as i was aware that a part of the land is reserved as BMC market. If i am not mistaken and rest looks like its a part of the Mangroves land. I was ready to invest in the same only after they receive IOD & CC for the Same. At the time they said IOD will be issued after 18 months. And even after a year they still say that will receive the same in 2017.
HI Saran, Did you verify the legal documents when you booked? I am asking because I did not do so when I booked because of ignorance and lack of knowledge. Please reply, which all approvals are in place till date?
