Well Pradyuman, Kanjur Marg is a suburb in east central Mumbai. Kanju Marg Railway Station is the main access point for IIT Bombay, KV Powai, NITIE, Hiranandani Gardens and other locations in Powai. It is a fast developing locality in Mumbai. Much of the development may be attributed to the suburb's strategic location and its proximity to Powai, the IIT and easy access to the IT hubs of Seepz, Vikhroli IT parks and the IT campuses of Airoli and Mahape. Kanjur Marg is also the starting point for the JVLR which connects the Eastern and Western Express Highway. There are many reputed schools and educational institutions nearby. Health care facilities are also good in the locality.

Runwal Forest/ Runwal Greens/ Runwal Anthurium all at delayed projects. Runwal Anthurium is 8 years old launch. They left Runwal Infinity in between. The group has very bad execution history. Check brickwork and plumbing at Runwal Greens site before booking. There is seepage at Orchard Residency. In Runwal Greens and Anthurium the owners are already having dispute with builder. They are double charging. At least 10% of flat cost over and above agreement at time of possession.
