Latest Answer: Hi, I have been following with the project for over a year now. its exactly in the same state as it was then. i was skeptical about the land not being available for construction as i was aware that a part of the land is reserved as a BMC Market if I am not mistaken and rest looks like its a part of the Mangroves. I was ready to invest in the same only after they receive IOD & CC for the Same. At the time they said IOD will be issued after 18 months. And even after a year they still say that will receive the same in 2017. I am Sure Glad that I did not Invest my Hard earned Money in This Project
