Q: I am staying in an apartment in bangalore, it is B khata, and builder has not DC converted the land. now i know that when Akarma sakarma is effective in bangalore, we can convert from B khata to A khata, but is DC conversion mandatory for that? can we get A khata if the building is not DC converted. i have read in the following website that DC conversion is required for akarma sakarma, is it true? http://www.indiarealestateforums.com/news-feed-blogs/26-bangalore/200-akrama-sakrama-and-dc-conversion-meaning-procedure-benefits-effects-and-complete-information if it is mandatory, can we now get the DC conversion for the whole building, and what is the proceedure for that? please clear my doubt , thank you.

Latest Answer: The only thing that matters relating to layout is the jurisdiction which is BDA, BMRDA, and BIAPPA etc. An approved layout has same khata for all the sites but when there is an additional layout without getting the approval is termed as illegal and also people believe that this is in the actual layout which is not.
