You just have to pay Rs 94,000 and no Pre- EMI till possession. As far as I know the project is located at Hoskote aka Neo Bangalore.

There will be a total of 324 units in Artha Neo Midas and it has got approval from legal authority. Home buyers can avail home loan from ICICI Housing Finance.

Amenities offered in this project are as follows: Lifestyle club, kid's play area, meditation hall, gymnasium, jogging track, swimming pool, community hall, indoor games and much more.
