What is the minimum size of apartment they are offering and how many units are coming up? When is the project expected to get completed?

The size of the apartments ranges from 1050 sq ft - 2114 sq ft and there will be total of 264 units. The project is expected to get completed by 2019 mid.

Hey Charles, It will be great if you can you tell me how much is the rate per sqft quoted or the total cost of an apartment here? When is the possession?

The rate per sqft going on is Rs 4500 and it is slightly negotiable. The total cost of an apartment here falls in the bracket of Rs 47 lakhs to Rs 1 crores approx. depending on what configuration you are looking for.

Unicon has a project coming up in this area where u can buy plots as well or better to invest in a house there. there's a lot of buzz about the north brooks project. u can check it out.
