Even i have booked a 2BHK flat in June 2014 but i live in Pune City. So, i would like to know about the connectivity and the location benefit? How far is the nearby Railway Station and Airport from the project site? What is the current property rate is going on in the locality?

First of all, being a localites of Chandannagar, i know this locality very well. This locality is free from the hustle and bustle of the main city. Chandannagar is situated in the bank of river Hooghly. Yo can see the old british made official, residential and education building all over the locality. Fully developed infrastructure. Excellent connectivity to main Kolkata city. Very frequent buses and local train services.

First High Rise project in Chandannagar with all modern amenities. Conveniently located on GT Road which further leads to the main city of kolkata and most of the flats are either three sides or road facing or south facing. At the same time, price of the flats is very affordable at this range.

As far as bank loan is concerned, HDFC, Axis, LIC Housing Finance, SBI, IDBI Bank, IDBI, ICICI,Canara Bank, Bank Of India, United Bank Of India etc. have approved it for housing loan.
