I have visited the Global Techies Town (GTT) ......its a world class project by GM, superb plan and architecture.
I have Booked a 2 BHK flat, buyers/investors can grab this pre-launch offer for 2950/- per sft.
Already bought a flat with same build and had nice experience, this builder is very honest and hard worker.
GM infinite successfully completed E-City Town project and provided possession at on time.

They are yet to reveal the possession date, usually it take 5 years to complete a huge project like this. All the approvals are under process.

There is not discount, but there are so many hidden charge which will cost double of Rs2950 which is their basic price.

Its gonna be a huge project. What is the total land area and how many units are planned? What is the number of towers coming up? Are they going to design all the flats as per vastu?
