What is the view on Mantri Lithos? Planing to buy. What about transformer issue? I also heard Stagnant water lake issue?

Q: I heard that the transformer wire will be placed underground? But the sore point is also the water body outside.. It was stinking when i got there. Although Mantri was stating that they would beautify the lake. any views?

Hello Sharath, Mantri has stated that they are going to beautify the lake I hope they keep their words. I would suggest you to check reviews online and visit the place again to get a fair knowledge. Or if possible try talking to people who have booked an apartment here.
