Can anyone tell me which all banks are providing loans for this project and what are the size of penthouses they are offering?

As far as I know all the leading banks are providing home loan for this project. The size of the penthouse ranges from 3045 sqft to 3220 sqft.

The expected possession of the project is by July 2017 and the price of the apartments starts from Rs 90 lakhs on wards. They are providing some special Pre EMI Offer - 20 : 60 : 20

Yes of course it is worth paying that much because a) Mantri in a brand name, b) Prominent location Inside Manyata Tech Park and Unique Architecture inspired by Nature Rock Formations

The rate per square feet going on in this project is Rs 6250. The basic price of the apartment ranges from Rs 83 lakhs to Rs 1.16 crores.

According to me you should go for Mantri Lithos. Project has got really good potential in terms of appreciation because a) Location b) Brand c) Pre Launch offered price. Lithos will definitely fetch you better (ROI) real estate investment

The Bangalore International Airport has made Hebbal an important destination. Slowly but gradually the area is emerging as an IT Hub with several technology companies and parks. Moreover Hebbal has good infrastructure like metro, upcoming monorail and high speed rail networks. So obviously you can expect appreciation.

Hebbal is an area in Bangalore which is better known for the Hebbal lake and flyovers that connect the Outer Ring Road and Bellary Road. Hebbal hosts several reputed companies because of which other residential areas around Hebbal have also grown rapidly.

Hebbal has seen large number of projects both mid-segment and upper-segment.In next five, Hebbal is expected to see an average price appreciation of 94 percent. Hebbal has seen a complete makeover in the last decade. The area has gained importance as a preferred destination with the establishment of Bengaluru International Airport at Devanahalli.

The area has a great potential and the properties have started seeing the appreciation. The Outer Ring Road, The Manyata Tech Park and Kirloskar Business Park are easily approachable from Hebbal attracting many IT professionals to seek residency in the area.

I think this is a good project for investment purpose. The project is approved by BDA and BBMP. The project is close to reputed schools,colleges and hospitals. The project has also been pre certified to be a Green building .

I heard that big hospitals like Apollo Hospital, Fortis Hospital and wockhardt Hospital are coming up in the area. In Hebbal you will get top CBSE schools like Kendriya Vidyalaya, Air Force School, Jain International Residential School, Oxford Senior Secondary School, Vidyaniketan Public School. There is only one mall that is Esteem Mall in Hebbal.
