Latest Answer: I think you should immediately visit the builder and force them to get your flat register. Why are you paying all those EMI if builder is not registering your flat. Stop EMI until your flat get registered. You can not take any legal action if builder deny to give you the said amenities. Thanks

My Legal advisor suggested Me to take legal action on the Builder and I am doing so. Anyone interested in similar action lets Join hands.

2) About 20 buyers in A1 have filed a consumer case in NCRDC, Delhi and a criminal case in Mumbai against Runwal Constructions in Runwal Infinity.
3) About 22 buyers have filed a complaint in MahaRERA and have gone into appeal in the MahaRERA Appellate tribunal against Runwal Constructions in Runwal Infinity.

So, ask for the legal papers, verify it by a legal expert of ur locality and then proceed. Now-a-days, possession delay has become a fashion for the builders all across the city. Q:I am comparing cost of property in dhokali and balkum area. Runwal Garden city has lil lower price than other projects like highland garden with is in same locality. why is it like that?

Actually, i don't have the clear information about its amenities, it is still secret because Runwal Group don't want to comment on it. Apart from other amenities including a luxury club house and swimming pool, the project will possess of an international watch-man for the 30 apartments being constructed in 2 wings. Each floor of both wings will have one apartment each. The project is expected to be delivered by March 2018.
