Poor quality by midtown

Q: I am owner of flat in midtown opluent, i found poor quality of work, every flat has leakage problem. Plumbing work done by builder is not proper. Raising quality issue with builder but they are running away.

Midtown Structures has completed only two project and I feel they are quite new in the real estate industry. They do not have any upcoming projects as well.

I think the apartment association should go and talk to the builder and if he is not ready to listen to the concerns than I think you have to solve the issue legally.
