Where exactly is the project located? What are the unique selling point of this project?

The project is located at J.P.Nagar 7th phase, Lakshmi layout, Arkere Mico-layout. The USP of this project are video door phones, cctv cameras in common areas and no common walls. Moreover the project offers all kind of modern amenities.

It is an ongoing project and the project is expected to get completed by March 2018. The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with price ranging from 47 lakhs to Rs 96 lakhs approx.

How much is the surface area and how many units will be there? It is a BBMP approved project? Which all banks are providing home loan for this project?

Total surface area in this project is 10500 sqft and there will be around 24 units. The project has got approval from BBMP, BDA and all the leading banks.
